About the Library Director

Meet your library director
Angela Dague

I started serving on the Library Board in April 2012 until becoming acting director in the fall of 2014. I became the director in July 2015. I am a State Certified Level 3 Director. I have many life experiences that I hope will enhance my role as director. I provided daycare in my Garrison home for 17 years so I know many of the kids in town. I ran a home-based business for 16 years (Creative Memories), worked at Washington HS in the library, guidance and main offices, and lunch duty. I worked 7 years in a CR elementary school behavioral disorder class. I have an AA degree with a special ed. endorsement. I enjoy learning new things and am eager to apply those things. I love photography, scrapbooking (both digital and traditional), gardening, cooking, crafting of all varieties, camping, graphic design, and DIYing.  I have been married 21 years to Terry and we have 7 kids, 5 kid-in-laws and 5 grandkids! I look forward to serving you at your library!
